Turmeric Milk
I woke up with a sore throat and flu-like symptoms. I started several of my favorite home remedies, and it came to me to try turmeric milk. I had been seeing so many great things about it online. When I saw turmeric milk, I thought that it sounded different (like not good). But I’m not one to scare too easily. If it’s good for you, why not try it? It’s super easy to make, kind of like making hot cocoa, just without the cocoa.
Traditionally, turmeric has been used for colds, sore throats, flu symptoms, and depression, to name a few. Seriously, do some research this stuff is amazing!
What was the verdict? I actually thought it was really good and have had several cups now, very soothing. Those familiar with turmeric, are thinking what about that bitter aftertaste? Adding ginger, honey, and a little coconut oil masks that taste for sure.

Have you tried turmeric milk, and do you like it?
I love turmeric (golden) milk! Since dairy and I are not best buddies, I use full fat coconut milk, and it is delicious!!
