Chop the Cauliflower and Broccoli into medium sized chunks, dice the Red Onion finely and add the Bacon, Sunflower seeds, and Raisins combining in a large bowl.
-
Add dressing and combine.

Whisk all above ingredients together until thoroughly combined.
Recipe Notes
If preparing in advance, you will want to add the dressing the day of serving to avoid sogginess.
Isn’t this easy? Sometimes I can hardly believe that only I only make this during the holidays. Talk about a great protein filled salad for summer adventures. In fact, we love picnicking with our Bell tent in the summer. I’ll have to bring a jar of this delicious Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Bacon Salad next time!

Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Bacon Salad for the win! I’m in love with this gorgeous wooden trough, it displays salads so beautifully. I found mine at T.J. Maxx but here’s a similar rustic wooden trough on Amazon. The table is ready for Thanksgiving, I love that old blue jar it displays flowers in the summer and wheat in the autumn. Perfection.
