We have some changes in store for you, you will now find our blog Forgotten Way Blog and the Grandpa Jakes Campfire Cooker at our new website Forgotten Way Farms.com.

As for Homestead Drying Racks.com we are passing the torch to a wonderful homesteading family. We are passing full ownership to Mark & Erin Harrison, this family has the same hard work and ethics that we have put into our online business. We will continue supporting and advertising for them.

Mark is a talented craftsman, with attention to detail. With his large shop he will easily be able to handle the growing demand. Mark will also be able to reduce the shipping of 4-6 weeks to 2-4. So you will get your drying rack sooner.

We are very excited for the new direction this change will bring. We are ready to start on a long awaited filming project. Our heart has always been to grow non-GMO, chemical free, organic food, and we want to get serious about it. So filming and farming is where this family is headed. Mark and Erin are helping us walk into a long awaited dream, and we know our drying racks are in good hands.

To celebrate the new merge of the two families we are hosting an enormous giveaway valuing ($304.00 in new products)

Six Prizes - Six chances to win

1st Grandpa Jakes Campfire Cooker ($139.00 value)

2nd One handcrafted Peddler drying rack (49.00)

I really, REALLY would love to see those homestead videos. And I have tried the powdered greens, and they are excellent. They have made a huge difference in my days, and I highly recommend them. I'll certainly be reordering them!!

You have some really exciting things happening here at the website and with your products. I really love the drying racks. My father and I do a lot of laundry and we're thankful to have washer/dryer at home. However, we are looking for ways to cut down on our energy bill. WE live on the central coast of California, and there are many beautiful sunshiney days...so I would like to air dry some clothes outside!!! Thanks for hosting this really nice giveaway :) Love and hugs from the ocean shores of California, Heather :)

I have posted links to the Grandpa Jakes campfire cooker and homestead drying racks on my personal homestead site. I am excited to hear that Erin and Mark Harrison are designing a way to use the Laundry rack for dehydrating!! DUAL PURPOSE.

Last year my daughter asked to do some campfire cooking. Other than roasting hotdogs and marshmallows, have never done that before, but Grandpa Jakes campfire cooker makes me want to try it out.
